Kinetic Technologies offers Power Over Ethernet (PoE) modules to accelerate design cycle time for end devices powered by PoE technology. These modules are designed with Kinetic Technologies’ PoE PD and DC/DC controllers and comply with all the requirements defined in IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards. Designers can choose from any of the power classes in PoE [0-8] and quickly integrate features such as Maintain Power Signature (MPS), Autoclass and frequency dithering in their prototypes, thus significantly reducing their time to market. These modules support all applications of PoE and are ideally suited for customers, who are transitioning from their current products designed in IEEE 802.3af or 802.3at standards or want to quickly validate newer designs with features that require higher power levels defined in IEEE 802.3bt.
